KAIROS ENGINEERING LIMITED maintains a comprehensive suite of HSE policies and programs that underpin all operations. These documents are periodically reviewed to align with current industry standards, client expectations, and regulatory updates. Key policies and programs include:

  1. Corporate HSEQ Policy Statement – Articulates leadership’s commitment to health, safety, environment, and – Mandates incident-free operations across all levels of the organization. – Signed and endorsed by the CEO and updated annually.

  2. Environmental Management Policy – Commits to the prevention of environmental pollution, waste reduction, and sustainable resource – Aligned with ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system principles.

  3. Health Surveillance Policy – Enforces mandatory pre-employment and periodic – Provides noise, air quality, and chemical exposure monitoring on all project sites.

  4. Site-Specific HSE Plans – Prepared for every project in accordance with Exhibit C of the Chevron – Incorporates Emergency Response, JHA, Permit-to-Work, SIMOPS, PPE, and site rules.

  5. Incident and Injury-Free (IIF) Program – Promotes safe behavior, peer engagement, and stop-work – Drives ownership of personal and co-worker safety.

  6. Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) Program – Includes monthly observations, coaching interventions, and feedback loops.

  7. Safety Training Plan – Induction, refresher, and job-specific training conducted – Records are maintained and aligned with Chevron requirements.

  8. Waste Management Plan – Outlines segregation, disposal, and recovery – Includes rapid-response actions for hydrocarbon or chemical spills.

  9. Traffic Management Plan – Required for all drivers and logistics personnel. – Includes daily inspections, journey plans, and fatigue
