  3. Employees and Contractors: are expected to comply with this policy and contribute to an inclusive and respectful working environment.


Any employee who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or exclusion is encouraged to report the matter through established company reporting channels without fear of retaliation.

Reporting and Grievance Management

Kairos Engineering maintains confidential and fair grievance procedures for addressing complaints related to discrimination or harassment.
